Life at Nomad Coliving

Nomad Coliving, or "Noco" for short, is strategically located near the Papineau metro station and La Fontaine Park, ensuring residents have easy access to Montreal's urban attractions. Its proximity to cafes, grocery stores, and lively bars makes it ideal for nomads who enjoy both city life and serene spots to relax after a long workday. We know from staying there ourselves, that it's typical for residents to walk through La Fontaine Park over to the Plateau, the french quarter, to enjoy a drink and a bite.

Noco offers various accommodation options, from deluxe double rooms with private bathrooms to single rooms with shared amenities, all within a 4,000-square-foot building. Each resident gains access to a fully furnished room, a communal kitchen, coworking spaces, and facilities like a printer, projector, and even a room for video calls. Noco also boasts a large backyard where in the summer months you might find residents eating together or laying on the hammock, reading. We've heard in the winter months that some residents go for the occasional "snow bath", though you'll have to stay there to find out what that entails. The property's warm and inclusive atmosphere fosters a sense of belonging, making it feel genuinely like a home for its residents.

The community is at the heart of the Nomad Coliving experience. Weekly social events, like group dinners and skill-sharing sessions, are organized to encourage interactions between residents. The focus is on fostering a supportive community for residents, making it a place where ideas are shared, collaborations are sparked, and friendships are nurtured.
